Alabama football is one of several schools that will welcome Jayce Halsz to campus this fall for a game.
Halasz is a 2028 prospect, and he attends Graham Kapowsin High School in Graham, Washington. He holds offers from Alabama, Oregon, USC and others. The Crimson Tide will get Halasz on campus when Alabama takes on Texas A&M on Oct. 24 during the 2026 college football season.
Alabama last hosted Halasz during the summer when he got a deeper look at the Tide.
“Because I didn’t compete in the camp due to injury, I got more of a coaching style takeaway, got a view of how coach (Derrick) Nix and Coach TG (Torrey Gill) break things down,” said Halasz. “I think the staff’s message was to really just get a feel for the coaching atmosphere, along with making me feel like a priority. I will very likely be back down in the fall for a game.”
At 6-foot-3 and 185 pounds, Halasz is a very impressive prospect at wide receiver. He appears to have a great feel for creating separation as a deceptive route runner. He becomes more dangerous when he gets the football in his hands with his ability to pick up yards after the catch.
Halasz finished the 2025 season with 1,023 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns on 64 receptions.
