Who's our next commit?

Thoughts on the new kid who committed? The linebacker we stole from OU ? 

A handful of names stick out when it comes to who could be the Tide's next commit. Here are some names to keep an eye out for:

Reggie Grimes III 5-Star DE/OLB 

Thaiu Jones Bell 4-Star wide receiver

Brady ward 3-Star OL

Kristian story 4-Star DB '

Kid is a true athlete. He lined up at wide receiver, quarterback and linebacker in Texas High school football, which shows he is willing to play anywhere to get the W. The thing that jumps out the most about him is how comfortable he is in pass coverage at the linebacker position, which comes from his experience at quarterback. 

How many can we take in this class? Seem like with this early signing period we get so many recruits even earlier. 

Alabama has 15 verbal commits in the 2020 class and it shows Nick Saban and company are continuing the trend of the last recruiting cycle and learning from 2018's class. Alabama wants this class mostly filled by December. After gaining 27 commits last cycle, I do not expect the numbers to be that high once again. If i had to venture a guess today, it will be 23,24 or 25. 

Whos the Jayden kid who just committed? Didn't see a lot on him and never heard of him.

Jayden George is a 2019 quarterback out of Indiana. He threw for 3100 and 42 touchdowns in his senior season and won a state championship. Alabama most likely got him to feel hole Layne Hatcher left.
