As I have reached enemy lines here in Amite, La., which is one hour northeast of Baton Rouge, I have collected three major keys to victory for Alabama in its matchup with Louisiana State University tonight inside Tiger Stadium.

1. Get off to a fast start

-With LSU's defense jawing all week about how much different it is from the rest of the teams that Tua Tagovailoa and the Crimson Tide have faced, going right at Grant Delpit, Greedy Williams and the Tigers' secondary is ideal. A fourth 300-yard passing day for Tagovailoa with a least three touchdowns would give him the Heisman Trophy.

2. Offensive line: BRING THE NASTY!

- Offensive line coach Brent Key is the most important component for the Tide as he must have this group ready for "Grown Man" football. LSU defensive lineman Rashard Lawrence and linebacker Michael Divinity, Jr. will try to affect Tagovailoa a lot; however, much of the Tigers' plans with defensive coordinator Dave Aranda can be offset if the Tide's front line neutralizes the pass rush. Having Deonte Brown this week is huge. He reminds me a lot of Alphonse Taylor in his ability to drive guys off the ball.

3. Defense: REINTRODUCE YOURSELF

- LSU's defense has received all the praise this week, but now it is time for Raekwon Davis, Isaiah Buggs, Mack Wilson, Dylan Moses and company to remind college football who runs the system. Expect heavy pressure to Joe Burrow and linebackers fitting gaps on run plays.

Don't be surprised if the Tide's secondary comes away with a couple of interceptions, as they have had it with all the talk on LSU's defensive backfield.

Final Prediction: Alabama 42, LSU 14
