I guess we are about to see what Bama’s depth chart really looks like! I just hate that Dylan Moses is missing this year when he would be a leader and get to shine on the field. ?

Hopefully these minor suspensions will get the players attention and serve notice that every player needs to do what is expected of them no matter how trivial any individual may believe them to be.  The suspensions will have served a small price for reminding themselves and their team mates that there are no short cuts if they want to support each other to achieve lofty goals like yet another National Championship.  As a 66 year fan of the UA football program, I feel blessed to again enjoy our team contending on an annual basis for national championships.  it's no accident that this is not only achievable, but the expected reward for each player's hard earned contribution.  For any individual to diminish the success of the team is unacceptable and disrespectful to every other member of the team.

Losing an All-American leader of the team like Dylan Moses to season ending injury is heartbreaking for him and the team, not to mention the fans and myself.  I can't express my appreciation adequately in words to this stellar athlete for choosing to play for the Tide and represent the program in the manner that he has from the time he arrived in Tuscaloosa.  He's got an unbelievable future ahead of him, and I very selfishly hope he'll return to lock up the first round draft pick (top 5 or 10 overall) selection he had already put himself in position for after showcasing his dominating talent and skills in 2 short seasons.  I know every Bama fan joins me in wishing him a complete and speedy recovery.
