The 6-foot-5, 195-pound Scott earned first-team All-American honors from Sporting News, USA Today and ESPN for his performance in 2014. He collected freshman All-American honors from Sporting News and Football Writers of America Association.

Scott was a finalist for the Ray Guy Award (nation’s best punter) last season, and according to College Football 24/7 writer Chase Goodbread, he’s been named to the watch list for 2015.

Scott becomes the sixth Crimson Tide player named to an award list this offseason, joining Derrick Henry, Reggie Ragland, A’Shawn Robinson, O.J. Howard and Ryan Kelly.
