Ozzie Newsome, Brad Smelley, Michael Williams and O.J. Howard are usually names that come to mind when talking about Alabama tight ends, and American Heritage star tight end, Nick Eubanks could become the next name to be added to that list.

The 6-foot-6 sure-handed recruit went to Twitter to name his top five schools and Alabama was one of the lucky five along with LSU, Oregon, USC and Florida.

Alabama would be a great fit for Eubanks because his brother Kobie is already in Tuscaloosa, getting ready to begin his career with Alabama’s basketball team. Not only that, but he could thrive as a pass catching tight end in Lane Kiffin’s offense, just as O.J. Howard is expected to in 2015.

Wherever Eubanks ends up, that team will be lucky to have him. He is  consistent, reliable and a great athlete to line up at the end of anyone’s offensive line.
