Alabama’s sophomore kicker Gunnar Raborn was arrested Thursday for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. Raborn has been suspended indefinitely by Crimson Tide’s head coach Nick Saban. Tuscaloosa News was first to break the story.
A native of Lafayette, La., Raborn played in two games last season, scratching out a start against Western Carolina. He made two of three field goals and nine of 10 extra points.
Junior kicker Adam Griffith has struggled this season, going one for five on attempts.
Raborn’s bond is set at $1,000.
