Falcons’ head coach Dan Quinn has his eyes on a former Alabama standout.
Atlanta is in need of a pass rusher to pair with defensive end Vic Beasley, who emerged down the stretch of last season with four sacks. The Falcons may still test the NFL Draft, but for now it will bring in ex-Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker/defensive end Courtney Upshaw for a visit.
Upshaw was one of the top unrestricted free agents heading into this offseason, according to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport.

Baltimore selected Upshaw in the second round (35th pick) of the 2012 NFL Draft. He has totaled 183 tackles, five sacks, four forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries in four seasons.
Upshaw won a Super Bowl title during his rookie season in 2012.
