More summer workout videos are on the menu for Alabama, as Eddie Jackson becomes the latest one. He was one of six juniors that decided to forgo the NFL Draft and return for his senior year.

Jackson was moved to safety last season after spending two years at cornerback.

He made a huge splash in 2015, picking up 46 tackles (fifth on team), three tackles for loss, two pass breakups, a forced fumble, six interceptions (team-high) and two defensive touchdowns.

Five of Jackson’s six takeaways came against Southeastern Conference opponents, with both touchdowns occurring in match-ups with Georgia and Texas A&M on the road.

The 6-foot, 194-pound defensive back is home at Fort Lauderdale, Fla., training with Fit Factory, Inc.

Two videos were posted this week via the company’s Instagram on Jackson’s progress.

He earned first team All-SEC honors from coaches and the Associated Press last year, while being named second team All-American from the Walter Camp Foundation and Football Writers Association. Jackson is one of three Crimson Tide players named to the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list for 2016. He is also projected to be a late first-round pick in an early 2017 NFL mock draft.
