All rookies may not be signed to a contract yet, but the 253 picks that were selected in this year’s NFL Draft took part in the first of quite a few minicamp sessions on Friday. As for the University of Alabama, head coach Nick Saban and his staff had 10 players taken in the venue – including four first-round picks.

The Crimson Tide led the Southeastern Conference in draft picks, while it finished second nationally behind the University of Michigan, who had 11. Multiple standouts from the Tide’s 2016 SEC championship team and 2015 College Football Playoff national title squad have posted photos via social media from day one of practice.
