Barker is the quarterback for Spain Park High School in Hoover, Alabama. The 5’11” 175-pounder could ultimately follow in his dad’s footstep and suit up for Alabama.
His dad, Jay Barker, was Alabama’s quarterback from 1991-1994. He was the starting quaterback for the 1992 national championship team and ultimately finished his career with over 5000 passing yards and 24 passing touchdowns.
Braxton is just as talented as his old man. He is an excellent pocket passer that has an rocket for an arm. He is also very mobile on his feet and can make plays on the run.
The Hoover native also has the unique ability to extend plays and be a game changer.

Alabama does not have a quarterback commit in the 2018 recruiting, but could get a steal in Braxton Barker.
