It has been an up and down season for Amari Cooper and his Oakland Raiders. The first half of his year was plagued with untimely drops and rookie-like mistakes. He then appeared back to speed with a two-score, 210 yard performance against the Chiefs before a violent hit banged him up and sidelined him. Though the Raiders are out of playoff contention, his play over the final two weeks of the NFL season are sure to allow fans in fear of the superstar regressing to take a sigh of relief.
Early in today’s matchup with the Los Angeles Chargers, the third-year receiver burned the entire secondary en route to an 87-yard score:

Should they shore up their deficiencies on defense during the offseason, the Raiders have a real shot at returning to the playoffs next year. They will need Cooper at his most elite.
