One of the most impressive specimens from an athleticism point of view, Rashaan Evans has proven himself to be one of the top linebacker prospects in the 2018 NFL Draft. After an off-season that has seen his stock mocked as high as a top-15 prospect, he finally has a new home. Taken with the 22nd pick, the Tennessee Titans are looking for Evans to grow into his stardom potential in order to shore up their linebacker corps.
Evans can play either inside or outside with his incredible combination of size and speed. At 6’3″, 232 pounds, Rashaan measured in as one of the top combine performers at his position. He saw a lot of action throughout his four seasons in Tuscaloosa, and the numbers he put up greatly supports the notion of his future stardom. He managed 150 total tackles, 23.5 tackles for a loss, and an incredible 15 sacks in addition to his five pass deflections and two forced fumbles.
No matter where the Titans line him up, they will certainly be more than satisfied with his productivity.
