Tough news coming out of Nick Saban’s presser as safety Daniel Wright will not be traveling with the team to face Arkansas this weekend.
According to Saban, the sophomore has been suspended from the team due to a “violation of team rules.” Wright was not present at Wednesday’s practice, and he normally is seen upon the team lining up in dime defense.
Wright, a Florida native, has played in 18 career games. He was a four-star prospect from Boyd Anderson High School, prior to his arrival to Tuscaloosa.
