Could fans see Tide LB Terrell Lewis appear in SEC title game?

Alabama head coach Nick Saban made it known on Wednesday that he does not see Terrell Lewis playing “anytime soon,” but the junior outside linebacker took the field for walk-through inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Friday. Despite not participating, Lewis has been involved in practice all week.

Saban mentioned how the former five-star is on schedule with his rehab and it’s nothing more than that; however, this could be gamesmanship from the 67-year-old.

In this airing of In My Own Words, Stephen Smith of Touchdown Alabama Magazine goes inside the Washington, D.C. native and how major it would be for the Tide to have Lewis get action versus the Bulldogs.

He secured a crucial sack of Jake Fromm in the College Football Playoff national title game to start this year.
