Alabama to hold press conference for draft-eligible players this week

With the National Football League calling, the time has come for draft-eligible juniors and redshirt sophomores to make a decision. 

For the University of Alabama football program, sources confirmed with Touchdown Alabama Magazine that Nick Saban will have all prospects available for the upcoming venue speak on Friday about their future plans.

The players eligible for the draft include Quinnen Williams, Josh Jacobs, Jonah Williams, Irv Smith, Jr., Anfernee Jennings and Deionte Thompson.

All six individuals were critical in the Crimson Tide’s journey to an undefeated 2018 regular season, a Southeastern Conference championship and its fifth College Football Playoff appearance.

Despite not capturing a national championship,the Williams’ duo projected and Thompson viewed all project as first-round picks.

As for each player, all six guys listed have a solid skill set that will transition to the NFL.

The presser will be held inside the Mal Moore facility at 10:00 am CT.
