Holden is a 2020 4-Star wide receiver out of St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland,. He is the Tide’s twelfth commit in the 2020 recruiting class. With his commitment, Alabama now has three wide receivers committed in the 2020 class.

Alabama continues the St. Frances to Alabama pipeline with Holden. The Tide has three St. Frances products on their roster in Shane Lee, Eyabi Anoma and Darrian Dalcourt. Alabama’s 5-Star defensive end commit, Chris Braswell, is also a product of St. Frances.

The Tide has put an early priority on the wide receiver position in this class and it is no secret why. Jerry Jeudy, DeVonta Smith and Henry Ruggs will all be eligible for the NFL Draft next season and the Tide would need to reload as soon as possible.
