Breaking down five teams to push Alabama in 2019 regular season

Alabama football will start its revenge tour on Aug. 31, when it faces Duke University inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Ga.

While the task is returning to the College Football Playoff National Championship stage and finishing the job, there will be some teams in the Southeastern Conference to challenge Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide.

The Tide has an even split of home and road conference games – four each – including three straight matchups at Bryant-Denny Stadium versus Arkansas, Tennessee and Louisiana State University.

Although the idea is to take down Clemson and reclaim its spot as king, we first dissect the five programs in the SEC that anticipate giving much friction to Alabama.

5. Arkansas Razorbacks
