According to Ed Daniels, Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa did not attend the Manning Passing Academy today because of a slight hamstring injury. It is reported not to be serious and he is holding out as a precaution.
Although Tagovailoa is being held out for precautionary measures it is still concerning that the Heisman Runner up still has the injury bug. Tagovailoa battled through numerous lower body injuries during the 2018 season and even had to be pulled out of the SEC Championship game against Georgia.
The Manning passing academy is notorious for hosting some of the elite passers from around the country to help younger players refine their skills. Former Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts was a counselor in 2018.
