Neville is a 4-Star wide receiver out of Missouri City, Texas,. Auburn, Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Texas Tech, Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio State, Michigan and Houston rounded out Neville’s top 11 after Neville posted on Twitter the Cougars were also one of his top schools. The 4-Star wide receiver released his top school list because he plans to announce his commitment in a matter of months.
