Kristian Story announced his verbal commitment to Alabama on Thursday.
Story is a 4-star athlete out of Lanett high school in Lanett, Alabama. The Lanett product is Alabama’s 22nd commit in the 2020 recruiting class. The Tide is expected to line Story up at the defensive back position.
Story’s decision came down to Texas A&M and Alabama. The Aggies and the Tide were able to host Story in the month of June, but it was the Tide, who prevail by securing a commitment from Story.
Lanett High School used Story in various ways during his junior season. Story made plays on offense and defense as he racked up 40 passing touchdowns and 16 rushing touchdowns. The 2020 recruit also added 33 tackles and nine interceptions.
