A few slip ups occurred in week one, but it was nothing too severe for Alabama’s defense as Duke was limited to three points and 204 yards offensively in a blowout loss.

The Crimson Tide returns home to Bryant-Denny Stadium on Saturday, where it will host the New Mexico State Aggies. Despite projected temperatures at 97 degrees, Nick Saban and Alabama look to improve on certain aspects and keep the “Bama factor” rolling all season.

After forcing three turnovers against the Blue Devils, Las Vegas has the Tide as a favorite by 50+ points this weekend.

Stephen Smith of Touchdown Alabama Magazine recently provide the five offensive players to watch, and now he goes into the guys on defense for this matchup.

How will he build off being Co-Defensive Lineman of the Week in the Southeastern Conference from his performance versus Duke?
