Alabama DL absent, four others limited at Monday’s practice

Brian Pride - Touchdown Alabama Magazine

Alabama football took practice outdoors on Monday in sunny, 89-degree weather to begin its preparation for Ole Miss this weekend at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

After defeating Southern Mississippi, the Crimson Tide resume Southeastern Conference action versus the Rebels — who have an offense that can put up points.

Nick Saban mentioned in his presser on a few players that would not practice, due to recovering from injuries.

Alabama had one of its star defensive lineman out, while four others were limited. Saban is hopefully to get some guys back soon at full strength, but listed below are a couple of notes from the session.
