The Birmingham area has been good to the Crimson Tide’s defensive line over the last couple of years and this trend could continue if the Tide is able to pull in 2021 4-Star defensive tackle, Tim Keenan III, at some point.
Daron Payne of Shades Mountain High School and Quinnen Williams of Wenonah High School both made a name for themselves in the Birmingham area before dominating in Tuscaloosa and going on to play in the NFL. True freshman, DJ Dale, who is a product of Clay-Chalkvile High school, also has roots in the Birmingham area and is headed towards a big freshman season for the Tide. Keenan currently lines up for Ramsey High School and holds offers from Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Texas A&M, Tennessee and several other schools.

The Tide hosted Keenan in July and will most likely get him on campus for a game this season. A few things currently stand out to Keenan about Alabama.
