Arik Gilbert announced his commitment to LSU on Wednesday.
This was a battle that looked like a Georgia and Alabama one for the most part, but it was the Tigers, who came in late to get a commitment from the impressive tight end.
Alabama’s 2020 recruiting class remains with 23 verbal commits and one tight end commit in 4-Star tight end, Caden Clark.
The Tide will continue to recruit other tight end targets as they want to add some depth to the position this cycle. 5-Star tight end, Darnell Washington, is a name to look out for.
