WATCH: Nick Saban very proud of 2020 signing class, talks importance of developing players

Alabama football wrapped up its 2020 recruiting cycle on Wednesday, as Nick Saban and the program signed 25 student-athletes.

While multiple outlets have the Crimson Tide finishing with the No. 2 class in the nation, Saban is more concerned about developing his players. 

The marquee thing he got back to was signing more in-state prospects.

Nine of the 25 players hail from the state of Alabama, which is the most since 2009 (10). 

He spoke with reporters on the importance of communication when it comes to recruiting and the reason why he pays no attention to rankings.
