A lot of people’s everyday lives have been altered dramatically over the past number of weeks, especially people who workout on a consistent basis.
Namely college football teams.
Everybody doesn’t have the equipment necessary to get a good workout in which means they will have to look to alternative avenues.
Thankfully Alabama’s new strength and conditioning coach David Ballou is here to help out. On Tuesday the Alabama football Twitter account posted a video of Ballou showing some good at home workouts that can easily be completed.

Ballou was hired by head coach Nick Saban early on in March after spending the last two seasons at Indiana. Saban also brought in Dr. Matt Rhea to work with the team as the Director of Performance Science.
Whenever the season gets going again these two will no doubt continue to make a big impact on the team.
