After a special career at the University of Alabama, Tua Tagovailoa is ready to hear his name called in the next two weeks at the NFL Draft. The thoughts that remain are which team will select him and at what pick will he come off the board?
A former five-star from Hawaii, Tagovailoa accomplished many things in his three seasons with the Crimson Tide. He won a national championship, a conference title, SEC Offensive Player of the Year and consensus All-American honors. The 6-foot, 217-pounder was the most valuable player of the Capital One Orange Bowl and the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship Game.

He was a finalist and ended his career ranking first all-time for passing touchdowns (87) and total touchdowns (96) in school history.
Tagovailoa recorded 7,442 career passing yards – including 3,966 coming as a sophomore in 2018, which made him the fourth 3,000-yard quarterback of the Nick Saban era. Although injuries kept him from having a much bigger impact, his focus has to showing critics and doubters that he can have a long pro career.
On Monday, he dropped an incredible hype video – charting his journey to this point.

Despite many draft analysts seeing him as a huge risk, sometimes it’s better to roll the dice than playing it safe.
He is, without question, the most gifted passer of this year’s class. Tagovailoa has the capability to change the fortunes of a franchise. It comes down to who is desperate enough for change.
