It was clear early on that Jeremiah Alexander was a special prospect.
After an impressive freshman season, he compiled offers from some of the top Power 5 schools in the country, including an offer from the Alabama Crimson Tide. Alabama was able to pull in a verbal commitment from the Thompson product in March and his commitment continues to grow in importance as he grows as a football player. Touchdown Alabama and yours truly have decided to give Alexander a 5th star in our independent Touchdown Alabama Recruiting Rankings after seeing him in action Saturday against the Oxford Yellow Jackets.

This decision was made not based solely on what the junior did between the whistles Saturday night. The deciding factor was actually what he did before the whistle was blown.
