For the first time this season, former Alabama running back Damien Harris will be suiting up for the New England Patriots according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
The #Patriots are bringing RB Damien Harris (hand) off Injured Reserve to play tonight, source said. With Sony Michel (quad) not making the trip, Harris will get carries.

Harris had missed the team’s first three games of the season with a hand injury he suffered during training camp. Prior to the injury, Harris had been performing as one of the team’s best running backs.
Tonight against the Kansas City Chiefs could be Harris’ first crack at serious playing time with the team as starting running back Sony Michel was placed on IR with a quad injury.
During his rookie season, Harris’ playing time was scarce as he appeared in only two games and had four carries for 12 yards.
