With fans inside Neyland Stadium wanting a competitive matchup, Jeremy Pruitt named Jarrett Guarantano the quarterback for the Volunteers against the Crimson Tide.
His unfortunate situations with turnovers cost Tennessee an opportunity to defeat Georgia and Kentucky. Pruitt is the last former assistant coach this month to battle Saban, prior to Alabama’s bye week.
