On Thursday, four draft-eligible juniors took the podium at the University of Alabama and announced their decision to declare for the 2021 NFL Draft.

The quartet of Mac Jones, Christian Barmore, Patrick Surtain II and Jaylen Waddle will miss their teammates; however, they know that their performances have set them up with an opportunity to be successful. According to the NFL Draft projection database for Touchdown Alabama Magazine, seven student-athletes received a first-round grade from yours truly.

Players that want to declare for the NFL Draft must put in a decision by Monday, Jan. 18.
