The reload of Alabama’s coaching staff continues as Nick Saban is expected to hire former Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Marrone as its new head coach.

The news was first reported by AL.com’s Matt Zenitz as Marrone is already in Tuscaloosa ready to get to work.

This is Marrone’s second stint in the SEC as he served as the offensive line coach for Georgia in 2000 and Tennessee in 2001.

As a head coach, Marrone spent five seasons with the Jaguars ending with a total record of 23-43 which included one trip to the AFC Championship Game. He also spent two seasons as the Buffalo Bills head coach from 2013-14.
