On Tuesday, a video was posted on Twitter of Alabama players in the fourth quarter program.

During the offseason, the strength and conditioning staff for the Tide evaluates players and takes them through workouts to start prepping them for next season.

In having to replace a bunch of leaders, Alabama is prepared to repeat as national champions.

Names such as Evan Neal, Jordan Battle, William Anderson, Slade Bolden, Daniel Wright, Brian Robinson, Bryce Young, and Christopher Allen were featured as close-up shots. The character traits of discipline, commitment, effort, toughness, and pride are highlighted in the fourth quarter program. After a good season in 2020, Tide fans are looking forward to seeing what Dr. Matt Rhea and David Ballou will do in continuing to keep players healthy and performing at a high level.
