Josh Jacobs wants Raiders to rewrite the tradition and sport all black uniforms

Tradition means a ton in football at both the college and professional levels. But sometimes there are exceptions in some areas, one of them being the team’s uniforms.

In the NFL every team has created a multitude of alternate jerseys which create new color schemes or honor old teams of the past.

Oakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs is looking to do something similar with his team. Famously referred to as “the silver and black”, Jacobs is looking for the Raiders to make an exception and rock all-black jerseys.

@Raiders this different. Need them ???? https://t.co/Zb18etAqJP
