Although he coaches his players hard, Nick Saban still found a way to have a little bit of fun on the field with the team.
During one point in the A-Day spring game, the white team ran a trick play where the ball was pitched back to wide receiver Slade Bolden who was then tasked to throw the ball back to quarterback Bryce Young.
The play did not go as originally planned and Bolden’s pass fell short into the dirt and Saban took the opportunity to poke fun at Bolden’s pass attempt.
"I can throw it behind my back better than that."

“I can throw it behind my back better than that,” Saban said to Bolden.
Despite the weak pass Bolden still turned in a strong performance on the receiving end of things as he caught five passes for 56-yards as the white team went on it’s way to defeat team crimson 13-10.
