The biggest preseason All-American team list for college football is here.

On Wednesday, Phil Steele released his list to get us ready for the season. Eight players are represented by the University of Alabama, including one first-teamer in Will Anderson.

He is coming off a freshman season that saw him record 10.5 tackles for loss, seven sacks, and eight quarterback hurries. Anderson was named Freshman All-SEC and Freshman All-American.

The trio of John Metchie (wide receiver), Evan Neal (offensive lineman), and Josh Jobe (cornerback) were selected for the second team, while Phidarian Mathis (defensive lineman), Christian Harris (linebacker), and Will Reichard (kicker) were third-teamers.

Malachi Moore (defensive back) rounded out the list on the fourth team.

All seven players are expected to have strong seasons for the Crimson Tide. Alabama is looking to repeat as national champions for the first time since the 2011 and 2012 seasons.
