Tyler Booker remains faithful to his commitment to Alabama football after verbally committing to the Crimson Tide in July.
“It feels good to be committed to a school I have always dreamed of going to,” Booker said. “It is just making me work harder, game to game.”
Booker is rated as a four-star recruit and is one of the top overall offensive lineman prospects in the 2022 recruiting class. At 6-foot-5 and approximately 330 pounds, the IMG Academy product has the potential to be a tackle or guard at the next level. He chose Alabama over offers from Ohio State, Georgia and others.

The Crimson Tide have hosted Booker a couple of times this season. The Alabama commit was in Tuscaloosa earlier this month to watch the Tide take on Tennessee. Booker said he feels Alabama is headed in the right direction after watching them defeat the Vols in Bryant-Denny Stadium.
“It was a great game,” said Booker. “The atmosphere was awesome. It is a big rivalry game, so I was happy to see everybody in the stadium. I think they have found out what their problems are and what they need to improve on. Coach Saban said they were complacent, and you can see them starting to grow out of that.”
Several Alabama commits joined Booker on the campus of the University of Alabama for the Tennessee game. As the Tide continue to try to build their 2022 recruiting class, their current commits are working on building their bond.
“The whole class is tight,” Booker said. “We have a great relationship. I can not wait to get there in December to continue building that relationship and win a couple of championships.”

Alabama is far from done recruiting prospects in the 2022 cycle. There are several Tide targets still on the board, and Booker has his eyes on two recruits from the sunshine state.
“I want to help bring in Earl Little and Marvin Jones,” Said Booker. “Those are my top two.”
