Kite is a product of Anniston High School in Anniston Alabama. He verbally committed to the Crimson Tide on the fourth of July. The in-state prospect told Touchdown Alabama he chose the Tide because it felt like home.
“It feels great,” Kite said. “Not a lot of kids get to do what I am doing. It feels great to be committed there. I love Alabama. I am not originally from here, but when I went there, it felt like home. All the coaches and fans love me.”

Kite is listed at 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds. He is an all-around athlete, who could be a D1 basketball prospect. He pulled in several D1 basketball offers early in his high school career, including one from Nate Oats and Alabama basketball.
However, he plans to focus on football in college. His junior season was the first time he played varsity football, and he has grown a lot since then. He has improved as a tackler and has continued to show improvement in coverage.
