Former five-star recruit and LSU defensive back, Elias Ricks made it official that he was transferring to the University of Alabama Wednesday via Twitter.
Ricks tweeted, “Done deal, let’s work ! #RollTide” on Wednesday evening.

Ricks is originally from California, but he played his senior season of high school at IMG Academy. As a freshman, Ricks pulled in four interceptions for the Tigers. He managed to get 11 total tackles and one interceptions through six games for LSU as a sophomore.
The California product was welcomed with opened arms by the Crimson Tide’s Heisman-winning quarterback Bryce Young.
