An interesting development is happening with Alabama running back, Camar Wheaton.
Reports have stated he is no longer listed on the student directory for the University of Alabama, and that he’s been away from the team.
He has not entered the NCAA transfer portal, but the news on Wheaton comes after Ty Perine entered the portal.
The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder was a five-star in Alabama’s 2021 recruiting class from Texas.
He finished his career at Lakeview Centennial High School with 3,731 rushing yards and 48 touchdowns.
Wheaton suffered a knee injury in preseason practice. He did not play his freshman season.
