Jones earned an opportunity to compete in the Pro Bowl and got the most work for the AFC team. He completed 12 of 16 passes for 112 yards with one touchdown and one interception. Jones’ touchdown pass came to start the third quarter. He led the AFC on a 95-yard drive in 13 plays, resulting in a 6-yard scoring toss to Hunter Renfrow of the Las Vegas Raiders. Jones also displayed his running ability on one play and showed former LSU players that Crimson Tide alums can hit “The Griddy” better than them.
