Leadership is not only integral in running a good football program but navigating through life and it’s a trait Alabama head coach Nick Saban looks to instill in every player who comes through his program.
Saban has given a number of speeches in the past about becoming a good leader and he added another one to the list when speaking Alabama Football Coaches Association Convention this week.
During his speech, Saban gave an impassioned example as he discussed the Henry Ruggs case where he drove over 100 miles per hour while under the influence which resulted in the death of a young woman.
