Alabama football spring roster has freshmen enrollees and transfers

March is here and spring practice starts next week for the University of Alabama football program.

The roster for spring football has arrived as freshmen enrollees and transfers are listed.

Freshmen enrollees for Alabama (13)

-Jeremiah Alexander (LB): 6-2/258 pounds

-Aaron Anderson (WR): 5-9/184 pounds

-Tyler Booker (OL): 6-5/332 pounds

-Elijah Brown (TE): 6-5/238 pounds

-Jihaad Campbell (LB): 6-3/225 pounds

-Tre’Quon Fegans (DB): 6-2/185 pounds

-Kendrick Law (WR): 5-11/193 pounds

-Jamarion Miller (RB): 5-10/201 pounds

-Shawn Murphy (LB): 6-2/224 pounds

-Jaheim Oatis (DL): 6-5/370 pounds

-Khurtiss Perry (DL): 6-2/264 pounds

-Dayne Shor (OL): 6-5/308 pounds

-Ty Simpson (QB): 6-2/198 pounds

Transfers (3)

-Jermaine Burton (WR): 6-0/200 pounds (Last School, Georgia)

-Jahmyr Gibbs (RB): 5-11/200 pounds (Last School, Georgia Tech)

-Eli Ricks (DB): 6-2/190 pounds (Last School, LSU)

The spring roster also has the new coaching hires too.

New coaches to Nick Saban’s staff

-Eric Wolford, Offensive Line

-Travaris Robinson, Cornerbacks

-Coleman Hutzler, Special Teams Coordinator/Outside Linebackers

-Joe Cox, Tight Ends

Sal Sunseri and Drew Svoboda are now on the support staff.

Sunseri’s new title is Football Assistant to Head Coach/Linebackers. Svoboda moves from coaching special teams and tight ends to an off-field role. Dr. Matt Rhea is not listed on the spring roster as he’s taking a coaching position with the New Orleans Saints.

Paul Constantine has been appointed to take over in his place to help David Ballou.
