Atlanta Falcons wide receiver, Calvin Ridley took to twitter Monday to respond to the NFL suspending him for the 2022 football season for betting on games.
The former Alabama football wide receiver revealed the amount of money he betted and denied he had a gambling problem.
“I bet 1500 total,” Calvin Ridley tweeted. “I don’t have a gambling problem.”

Ridley went on to tweet several more statements in response to the suspension.

The Florida native played in five games with the falcons during the 2021 football season before he stepped away to focus on his mental health.
