White is one of the top defensive backs in the 2024 recruiting class. He currently holds more than 15 D1 offers, including offers from Texas, Arkansas and others. The Georgia product said his latest visit to Tuscaloosa went extremely well.
“I loved it, the whole place,” White told Touchdown Alabama. “It makes you think, why wouldn’t you go to Alabama? It really was something special.”
The Crimson Tide gave White a tour of their facility and allowed him to sit in on their defensive back team meeting.
“I got to see the whole facility and got to go to my position meeting with the team, and I talk to Nick Saban and T Rob (Travaris Robinson),” White said. “The meeting was great, and I got to see how Nick Saban wants his secondary to play. I got to see the entire practice. I like how they practice and the tempo practice is played at.”
White is listed at 6-foot and 175 pounds on Buford’s roster. He primarily lined up at safety for the Wolves during the 2021 football season, and he flashed with his physical playing style. Alabama’s cornerbacks coach Travaris Robinson told White he was impressed with his film.
“T Rob said I play the way he likes, fast and physical at the point of attack,” said White.
