Alabama football scrimmaged at Bryant-Denny Stadium for its eighth practice of the spring.

Nick Saban is excited about the competitive nature of this team. The Crimson Tide has an internal leadership group, and players are determined to win a national championship. Jalen Milroe is further along in the playbook and as a passer than most realize.

Coach Saban highlighted the consistent strides of the sophomore quarterback in the first scrimmage, stating how he moved the first-team offense effectively downfield.
