Alabama fans are split in half when it comes to Pete Golding.
Some like him as defensive coordinator, but others want the Crimson Tide to look elsewhere. He has made strides in four seasons at the University of Alabama, but this year’s defense should be an elite group. Tide fans want to see the return of a dominant defensive team that shuts opponents down. Golding is in his fifth season in Tuscaloosa and fourth as a coordinator.
