Alabama football with an ‘encouraging’ second scrimmage, and here are the notes

Nick Saban and Alabama finished their second scrimmage on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium.

The Crimson Tide endured 12 practices and has three left, including its annual spring game next Saturday at 2:00 p.m. CT via SEC Network+. Coach Saban spoke about the positives from the game-like practice, but he also mentioned the team’s ‘spotty’ moments. Credible sources caught up with Touchdown Alabama Magazine to explain more details of what happened.

The notes are below on players and positional units that stood out on the field.

-Jermaine Burton is the real deal at wide receiver. 

-The transfer from Georgia caught seven passes, including two touchdowns.
