Alabama four-star defensive line target, Hunter Osborne announced his top four schools, and he released his commitment date Monday via Twitter.
Osborne will announce his commitment on Aug. 1, and he will choose between Alabama, Clemson, Tennessee and Texas. Each program hosted him for a visit in June.
The Crimson Tide have been heavily recruiting the Hewitt-Trussville product since offering him in January. Alabama’s defensive line coach, Freddie Roach has built a solid relationship with Osborne. The both of them talk constantly.
“We talk all the time,” Osborne told Touchdown Alabama. “It is always great talks just about anything. It does not need to be about football. It can be about life, what is going on in my life, or his. Our relationship is very strong.”
The rising senior currently stands at 6-foot-4, and he weighs 265 pounds. He has the potential to be either an interior defensive lineman or an edge rusher at the next level.
